BREAKDOWN

STEP 1: 

Immediately after purchasing the life coaching package, you will be taken to a Thank You page listing next steps.  This page includes a link to a 12-page Coaching Client Welcome Packet that provides more details about the coaching journey we will take together.  

​

This Welcome Packet includes links to four free personality assessments that you can take prior to our first session.  This is optional, but if you choose to complete them I would love to hear your results. 

​

STEP 2: 

They day after you purchase the package, you will receive a link to complete a comprehensive online assessment form.

​

This provides me thorough background information and an understanding of your personality so I can effectively customize your coaching

​

​

STEP 3:

Our first meeting will be the 90-minute Jump-Start session.

​

You first life coaching sessions can be a little nerve-wracking.  This is why we will start the session with a few deep breaths so you feel grounded and comfortable.  Once you are settled in we will get started. 

​

During that session we will: 

- review your comprehensive assessment

- determine your end goals

- look at what has and hasn't worked in the past

- identify your strengths

- look for any potential barriers

- create and benchmarks

- set priorities

- notice where there is resistance

- identify specific next steps to take before our next appointment

 

In other words, we'll pin down where to start and what to do first.  This will lay the groundwork for your transformation.

STEP 4:

Within 24 hours of our session, I will send you the video recording and transcript and notes from our session for your records. This will include your agreed upon short term plan and next steps.

​

​

​

STEP 5:

In between each coaching session, I will send you a Check-in Support email.  This is to check on your progress, talk through any stuck points, and help you stay motivated.

​

​

​

STEP 5a:

This is where a lot of the magic happens - the in-between session time.  Your mind and body will begin to process change as you implement the tools you learn in session and new habits will start to form. Be aware that a part of you will likely start resisting, second guessing, doubting and just plain getting in your own way. This is normal and to be expected.  This is where I come in and we explore what is behind all that.

STEP 6:

A few days prior to your next session you will receive a brief questionnaire to help you get the most out of our time together. 

​

​

​

STEP 7:

We will meet for 60-minute coaching sessions going forward (typically every other week however, this is customizable based on our schedules). 

 

These tailored sessions are where we will celebrate wins, address challenges, uncover blind spots, make tweaks-additions-changes, and identify new next steps to take before our next appointment.

​

​

STEP 8:

The last of our 8 session is a 60-minute session is Wrap-Up & Review.  Here I will provide feedback aimed to help you consolidate all of your positive changes and reflect on how far you have come as we bring closure to our time together.  

​

​

​

NOTE:  Some clients come to me with multiple goals and four months isn't always enough time to address all of them. In that case, throughout the eight sessions we work on building a foundation and gaining momentum so you can have more clarity and feel more confident to approach your ongoing goals.  

​

If you have many goals or your goals change drastically during our work together, you may feel that more than eight sessions are needed in order for you to reach the key milestones or defined goals. In this case, additional sessions or an additional coaching package can be purchased provided I have an opening. 

​
